First off this is a Japanese show. All the writing there is in Japanese. This is the first time I've ever seen this, but the reasons why Koreans would get mad is that the anime is using a play on words with common Korean names, so they sound like feces. That would only make sense since all of them are Korean, and all of them are shit, and their names sound like Korean shit. Also, I'm not Korean.
